Our agents have the experience to price, market, and sell your home for the best price possible. And you get it all for half the fee other brokerages often charge. We are with you from listing to closing. 

Save on Commission

The average fee in the U.S. still ranges arond 5%, with some agents charging as high as 7% to list your home – comprised of a buy and sell side commission! That’s over $100 billion in commission fees / home equity stripped away from consumers annually. Typically, a agent will charge 3% to list and offer 2.50% (common in the Albany Capital Region) to a buyer agent in the MLS, increasing total commisiosn to over 5.00%!

Not a Cleardoor, we list your home for 1% and you can offer buy-side agents (offer of cooperation) 1% (2% total commission) at your discretion – you are in control. If you want to list at 1% and offer $1,000 (fix dollar amount) or zero, we allow you to do that at your discretion! If you decide to offer $0 offer of cooperation, a buyer agent would have to be paid by their client / buyer.

We look at both quantitative and qualatative data allowing to price your home competitively.  We provide a pricing recommendation based on informed insight, although you are in control on the listing price.

Cleardoor Inc. is a licensed real estate brokerage that’s a member in good standing with the the National Assocation of Realtors and several Multiple Listing Services (MLS) since 2004. Therefore, your home will be placed in the local MLS to reach all local real estate agents and syndicated online to reach all prospective buyers.
